Warranty:
This is a refurbished product may not come in original box with 60 Days Repair Warranty. Refurbished products are returns/ demo or ex-display stock with very little or no use, which are tested, repaired & certified by technicians to meet respective factory standards. These items may have cosmetic blemish consistent with these products. This item comes with 3 dead pixel warranty, we will replace this product if it has more than 3 dead pixels up on receipt.
Please retain ebay invoice and warranty card for future warranty claims. In case of warranty claim customer must contact refurbisher for technical support. Up on return authorisation customer will be responsible for postage to send product back to refurbisher. If the product is faulty then replacement will be sent out at our cost. If the product is found not to be faulty customer will be responsible shipping cost to re dispatch the item. If a fault is found within first 14 days of receiving the item we will pay postage to send the product back & we will cover the postage to send out the replacement.

We have Partnered with Australia Post. We send our products through Registered Post only. All our products are insured for shipping. Signature will be required upon collection. Incase if a Parcel is lost by Australia Post, we will send you a replacement free of charge on confirmation by Australia Post. If the product is not available we will refund the sale price. If the product is damaged in shipping, buyer needs to send the product back to us at his expense and we will send the replacement on recieving returned product.
We ususally ship products within 24hrs of recieving payment.Although in most cases product is delivered in 3-6 working days, some times delivery might take up to 15 working days. Additional costs due to wrong addresses is to be paid by the buyer.
