7 VINTAGE VICTORIAN DIE CUT VALENTINE'S DAY CARDS

7 Vintage Victorian Valentine's Day card.  I don't know how old these are.  There are no envelopes.

1.  2 3/4" high.  Heart shape with boats and a windmill - Cupid's Token.  This does not open.  Signed on the back in pencil.  Small lifting of design on bottom point.

2.  3 3/4" high.  Heart shape, opens.  Maybe hand made.  Water color wild roses painted on the front.  Marked - To My Valentine - Like the petals of a flower, so be thy days as on they go, unfolding gently every hour.  All fragrant neath the hevenly glow.  Signed on the back in pencil

3.  3 3/4" high.  Heart shape with scallop edges.  Front has a pretty girls face inside a poppy flower - My Hearts best wishes all are thine.  Inside - You'll find no truer love than mine, So let me be your Valentine.  The words are surrounded by a heart shape made of hearts with a chain going through them and ribbon with bows.  Signed on the back in pencil and has a scuff on the heart point on the bottom.  Nice condition - the point is soft on the bottom

4.  5 1/2" x 3 5/8".  Front is marked with From a faithful friend with love sincere - beautiful lady with a head piece surrounded by lace and flowers, with die cut sides - embossed floral design.  Inside - Faithful through all good and ill, I am thine forever still, with love sincere that cannot die, Evermore thine own am I - there are small flowers around the words.  Signed on the back in pen.  Very lovely card and in very nice vintage condition - there is a light crease in the lower right corner.

5.  4 3/8" x 6 1/4".  Front - Best Wishes, Love's greetings.  Cupid holding something round with a heart with 2 arrows in it.  Lovely lily like flowers.  Flowers are embossed.  Inside - Loved one, I adore thee, My heart I lay before thee, Take it - it is thine.  For thee, my sould is yearning, To thee, my hopes are turning, Say wilt thou be mine - Ture Love.  Words are encircled with a flowering branch and banner.  Very nice vintage condition.  Signed on the back in pen.

6.  4 3/8" x 6 1/4".  Front Love's Greetings - Best Wishes with a young boy climbing up a ladder and kissing a young girl.  Pansy flowers on the front.  Embossed flowers.  Inside - There's not a garden walk I tread, There's not a flower I see, love, But brings to mind some hope that's fled, Some joy that's gone with thee, love.  Flowers are beside the words.  Signed on the back in pencil.

7.  4 3/4" x 6 3/8".  Front has a pretty little angel sewing a gown surround by colorful crocus flowers and a foil star above the head.  Inside is very pretty framework of flower and scroll like design - Loving Regards - No shadows ever dim thy brow, Only glad things to thee accrue.  To me no joy so sweet as though - Be true to me, as I am true!.  Signed on the back in pencil.  Beautiful card - does have a crease in the lower left corner and a small tear on the back edge of the card.
