Q. Who are Asia Rewards Holidays ?
A. Asia Rewards Holidays is the ONLY official eBay seller of promotional holidays. We are the actual service provider for all the holidays that we advertise, this means we offer you a full booking service and will not pass you to the resort or another 3rd party to process your booking. From making a purchase, right through to making a booking, we do all the work for you !
Q. This sounds too good to be true, are there any hidden costs ? Where's the catch ?
A. This may sound too good to be true but what you see is what you get ! Providing that you qualify under the above conditions of use the only catch is that you attend a small presentation during your stay. There are no hidden booking fees, all you pay is the cost of the winning bid.
Q. Do I have to confirm dates or make a booking prior to bidding ?
A. No, this is a buy-now use later offer, this means that you can purchase the voucher now and book dates later. We do however advise that a minimum 21 days notice is given, particularly during busy peak periods.
Q. Can I choose which resort I will be staying in ?
A. Please note this offer is not a choice travel certificate, your resort will be allocated to you at the time of booking only. You can request a resort however, we are not able to guarantee you a specific resort at time of purchase. We have found in the past that the large majority of our clients do get their 1st requested resort.
Q. Sounds great, but how do I know I will get my dates ?
A. The answer is simple, this offer is NOT a gift certificate that is "subject to availability". Providing you have followed the conditions of use correctly we will guarantee your requested dates will be available. If in the extremely unlikely event we are unable to confirm your requested dates we will give you all your money back, 100% Guaranteed !!
Q. When am I not entitled to the money back guarantee ?
A. Refunds will not be given should your requested resort not be available, only if in the unlikely event that none of the resorts are available for your requested dates will a refund be given. Failure to read the terms and conditions of this promotion will NOT be grounds for a refund therefore, we ask that you read carefully prior to bidding.
Q. Does the offer come with flights & food.
A. No. This is an accommodation only offer and does not include flights. All meals & beverages are the responsibility of the voucher holder.
Q. Can I travel during Xmas/New Year holidays ?

No, the offer is not available during the Xmas/New year period, offer starts 10th January 2010. Please do not purchase this voucher if you intend to travel before the start date. For travel during this period please contact us.
Q. Can I pay extra to upgrade to a better room ?
A. Yes, upgrades are available should you wish. All upgrades must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
Q. The age requirement states 32 - 68. I am 34 but my partner is only 31, do we still qualify ?
A. No, unfortunately both partners must be a minimum 32 years to participate in the promotion.
Q. Can the resorts accommodate children ?
A. Yes, the offer is for 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 12) however. Please note that children must be sharing a room with 2 adults and share existing bedding, for extra comfort you may wish to consider purchasing additional beds. This can be arranged for an extra charge of approximately $20 - $30 per night, depending on the resort. This must be paid in full prior to arrival.
Q. I have 2 children aged 12 & 15, can I still take part in the promotion ?
A. Yes, you can still take part in the promotion however, you must purchase an additional room for children 12 or over. Please note you must not purchase a 2nd voucher for the purpose of a 2nd room, the extra room will be provided to you at a special discounted price. Extra room cost will be around A$70 - A$90 per night, depending on your travel dates.
Q. Can I purchase 2 holidays and bring our friends ?
A. No, the offer is strictly unavailable to groups (2 or more affiliated couples) with only a maximum of 2 children (under 12) permitted. You can however buy the holiday for friends and family providing they adhere to the conditions of use and are NOT traveling with other voucher holders.
Q. Do any of the resorts provide transport ?
A. Yes, all our resorts provide a free airport pick-up (one way).
Q. Is there a specific check in day ?
A. No, check in can be any-day. Giving you more flexibility when booking your flights.
Q. I am a single, can I still take part in the promotion ?
A. No, unfortunately you must be a couple married or living together. The offer is not open to single persons.
Q. If I purchase the 7 night holiday, is it possible of me to stay for only 5 or 6 nights ?
A. Yes, you are not required to attend the full 7 days if you do not wish however, you must still attend the presentation on your given day. The minimum stay is 4 nights.
Q. Attend an introductory presentation about online holidays, whats it all about ? Hope its not high pressure sales ?
A. The presentation is about online holidays. It is compulsory to attend however, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything, you will not be pressured into anything that you do not want. There is only one presentation to attend which is carried out during one morning of your holiday.
