Brand new 70- 110cc boost bottle kit designed for the larger, "Super" pocket bikes.. Adding a boost bottle kit to your engine is one of the most cost effective upgrades out there. It is designed to expand your intake area on your engine by storing atomized fuel molecules in its chamber and forcing them into your engine while you are off and on the throttle. This bottle provides a "Boost" or supercharge effect. It will also make your engine run up to 3-4 times smoother and decrease the vibration on your fairing, handlebars, motor mounts and more! You will notice an awesome upgrade in power and torque. Common MPH gains are about 4-6 MPH. Some of my customers have reported gains of up to 8 MPH! BE SURE TO READ MY FEEDBACK! HOW DOES THIS BOOST BOTTLE WORK?
Good question! As the engine draws fuel and air in through the carb on the intake cycle, the spark plug fires this mixture forcing the piston down and forcing a small amount of air/fuel back into the the carb.. As the air and fuel mix is forced back through the carb and intake manifold, it causes a double rich mixture which can result in a rough idle, hesitation. Basically, burning your already burnt fuel again which provides little or no oxygen to burn, therefore resulting in bogging/ sluggish, throttle response.
To take advantage of this pulse this Boost Bottle kit provides storage for this pre-atomized fuel air mixture. leaving it fresh and unburnt, As the piston makes it next cycle and draws a new fuel and air supply into the cylinder the energy (pulse) that is stored in the bottle returns to the engine as a burst forcing the atomized fuel into the engine. This boost bottle will provide a "BOOST"or supercharge effect.
This boost bottle works best at lower and mid-range rpm, and, when you are on & off the throttle. The advantage is that it brings up the horsepower and torque in the bottom of the rpm range, to mid-way through the power band. (Eliminating bogging)
What is in the Boost bottle?
There are no fluids or any explosive content inside the bottle. It gets primed by your engine instantly as you start it. ONLY fumes enter the bottle, NOT liquid gas.
HOW DO KNOW IF IT WILL FIT MY BIKE?
This kit will fit Cateye pocket bikes, X7's, R1's, Ninjas, the common "X" series bikes such as the popular X7model, most all engines with the 70cc or 110cc 4-stroke models, etc.. Yes. What is special about our boost bottles is that our bottles are equipped with our patent pending internal metering system. This feature allows the proper displacement and adjusts itself automaticly for your engine. Each bottle is programmed to work with your engine. We will Vac test your bottle before shipment and tune it just for your "CC's" or cubic centimeter displacement. Simply leave us a note at checkout of the make, and model of your scooter, pocket bike, or engine, and we will have it tuned exactly for that engine! Optimum performance!!
NOTE: Though this bottle kit comes with detailed installation instructions,This Auction is for the Boost Bottle kit only. This upgrade will require modification of your intake manifold (Drilling a 3/8" hole) It is highly recommended that you be mechanically inclined to install this boost bottle kit and have the appropriate tools on hand. (Hand Drill, drill bit set, Vise, etc..)
