Very Collectable Beautifully Shaped, Decorative Indian Benares Brass Vase from the '70's. The beautifully shaped, handbeaten Vase features a stylized etched leaf design with decorative bands on the body and base of the Vase. The large scalloped Rim is plain and deeply frilled. Benares is the Indian Hindu sacred city and renowned for its quality brassware. The Vase is 24.5cm in height x approximately 7.3cm in diameter at the base and 8.5cm in diameter at the rim.
