Up for auction is a Genuine 70's Ibanez LP bound neck with rosewood fingerboard that is in pretty good condition for her age and goes with the body in my other listing.

She is a bit unusual with what appears to be 'double binding' with the second thin one ringing inside the main binding - looks pretty sweet .....

Like the body, a previous owner has tried to make her part of the Goldtop combination and at least the paint job is OK.  A brass nut has been fitted as well as abalone markers though the markers have been poorly fitted with gaps in places ..... would be best to remove them, clean up the fingerboard and refit new markers.

She has had a few different tuners fitted over her lifetime and the marks are there to be seen ....

That said, she is nice and straight and a good neck from a hard to find period so would be worth the effort in refinishing, matching back to the body to give you a lovely guitar from a special period ....
