Insurance
The 2% cost of insurance is itemised separately in your winning bid notification. We recommend delivery insurance as it covers loss, damage and theft. However you may choose not to insure your goods in which case the insurance fee can be deducted from your invoice. Should payment be made and the amount does not include the insurnace fee, Suyama will assume you have elected not to insure your goods. |

Pickup Procedures
Pickups are available from 26 Anvil Rd Seven Hills NSW 2147 between 8.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. weekdays.If picking up, please advise our office so we can prepare your item. Pickups can be paid by ca sh, M/card, Visa, e ftpos or bank cheque. |

Returns
Any return is to be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All items returned need to be packed in the original carton and packaging in which they were received. Returns will only be made if the item is not as described in the auction or is completely defective on receipt.
Minor variations in specifiation, model or colour is not a valid reason for refund. Returns maybe settled in the form of credit note, replacement or refund. The consumer is responsible for the delivery charges of returns. |
