• Within Australia: Normal delivery times are 2-7 working days, times may be longer for more remote locations (WA, Nth QLD and NT). This timeframe is an indication only, we unfortunately have no control over Australia Post delivery times. • Combined Shipping: Your order will combine & postage discount automatically once you complete our secure checkout process. Please note due to logistics we cannot combine and discount items which ship from separate locations, these items will be issued as separate invoices.

• Returns are accepted for factory faulty items. Faulty items must be returned to us for testing prior to replacement. Discs with visible surface scratches will not be replaced.
• We offer product replacement only, a refund or alternative will be offered if the product is no longer available.
• Mis-ships: In the event an incorrect item is received it must not be unsealed - unsealed items are not returnable. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return/replacement.
• Please make sure of your region coding prior to purchase as we do not exchange or refund items which are incorrectly chosen.
• We will consider returns for goods returned in brand new unopened condition - the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
