* The Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. We DO NOT provide C.O.D (Cash On Delivery) which means NO PICK-UP.

* Measurements are rounded up to its nearest denomination. They are strictly used in the listing as a close estimate and not to be taken as precise or exact measurements.
* When it comes to toys/ items for small/ young children - by bidding, you take full responsibility of always cleaning them to a necessary standard deemed worthy of your young children before giving it to them. Seller does state their obvious condition but will not take any responsibilty for sterilisation of these items. If young children are allergic to odours or smells, it is up to the buyer to ask before bidding on the items, even though they are not mentioned in the listing.
* Please note no liability can be taken for items sent but not received unless registered/insured post is paid for. If not stated, please request for it.
* Although every possible care is taken to protect the items, I WILL NOT be responsible for any theft, damage or loss in the post. Therefore, insurance is advisable.
