This product is brand new and covered by 12 month parts and labour warranty with Panatech Australia Pty Ltd.  Proof of Purchase must accompany all warranty service requests.  Tampering with this unit or any labels will void any warranty or claims with Panatech.



Return Conditions:
Defective Products that are being returned must not have any physical damage, and be complete with all accessories and original packaging.  We must be notified if the product being returned does not meet these conditions. 
We assume no liability for loss of/damage to the product while in transit.  We insist that the product should be packaged carefully, insured for the full purchase price, & shipped via traceable means.

Replacement and refund will be given in the first two weeks of purchase if the product is identified as faulty.
Walk in Return/Replacement service will be accepted.
The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
