i have here a 1981 suzuki GS550E , which i bought as a project but no longer have an interest in it so i am putting up for grabs, the bike is 95% complete  and would be a perfect candidate for a rebuild or as a doner for parts for an existing bike.
when i purchased the bike i was told the engine had just had a rebuild but had never been started due to needing new intake manifolds as the old ones had all split and separated from the head , i believe this to be true as the engine oil is still golden yellow and the spark plugs have never been fired on.
the bike has now been sitting cover up in my shed for the past 2yrs  so its time to get rid of it and make some room, the bike needs new intake manifolds X4 , the seat could do with being recovered or replaced , it needs a battery , side covers and some tlc.




auction is for pickup only unless interstate buyer arranges own transport as i dont have time to do this for you.
i reserve the right to end auction early as the bike is advertised else where,
payment and collection must be made within 5 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged as i really do need this out the way.
