All parcels are insured and signature is required upon collection. In case a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia post, we will resend items free of charge (or refund auction price subject to product availability). Insurance is optional for overseas (include New Zealand) parcels ($8 per parcel). Buyers will be responsible for damage or loss if parcel is uninsured.

Delivery Time

Items are shipped on next business day after payment received. Over-sized items not allowed by Australia Post are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday.
Please allow 3 to 14 working days for items to be delivered within Australia. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for overseas economy air delivery and 1 week for 1st class airmail.
Any additional costs incurred from incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer will be paid for by the Buyer. Items will be delivered to your ebay registered address unless specified, please ensure it is correct.
