Free Shipping
FREE to US, UK , AU, NZ, Belgium,France,Italy,Netherlands,Puerto Rico, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan
We only provide service to the above listed countries.
Extended Area Fee
For the free shipping countries above, customer is responsible for the remote area fee if courier company confirm
your address belongs to remote area, but we can help you change shipping address or cancel the order if you
disagree this fee.
- Some area (excluding USA) may be charged extended area fee, (22USD), we free the shipping but not including
the remote area fee.
- To check whether your address is extended area or not, please send email to us and we will check for you or send
the link of the courier company for you as reference.
We will ship the products within 1 business day after clearance of payment. We use DHL, Fedex and UPS for our
international shipment. We will choose the lowest price for your cities. They usually take 3 working days for delivery
to most of the international cities. In our experience, around 10% items will take longer than that due to the customs
clearance.
Confirmed address before sending
-We ONLY send the product to paypal confirmed address if buyer paid by paypal.Kindly confirm your address before
we send it out if you paid by other payment methods.
Once we send out:
-You could NOT reroute
-You could NOT hold for pick up
-You could NOT correct the address
-The courier company will return the package to us after tried to deliver the product to buyer two times. If buyer request
us to resend the parcel,buyer should be responsible for all the return and resend postage.Above is the policy of

Terms of acceptance
- We are NOT responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages; we will only compensate the amount that Courier
Company offers to us. Insurance is recommended.
- We are NOT responsible for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the
buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay
ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason.
- We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time for any reason.
- Our price is for oversea buyer, we won't sell our product in Hong Kong. Please don't request us to send to Hong Kong

Return Policy
Our certified technicians will test all items before shipped. If you received a defective item, we will exchange the other
brand new replacement within 7days start from the delivery date. We will responsible for the shipping cost from our
place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost. Mail us immediately once you find the products have problem,
we will offer you a return number to send back the item, the item won't check and repair without the return number.
*Remark:email us if you find any technical problem during installation. It is really our pleasure to show you and support
you. Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use. PLEASE check carefully before sending the
items back as we won't responsible for all the shipping cost if we found the product is not defected as you described.
THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THE DEFECTIVENESS IS FROM OUR TECHNICIAN'S REPORT. Mail us before you sending
out the products.
One Year Guarantee
- We will offer free repairing service within One Year from the date you purchased. Please kindly visit our home page to
fill the online warranty card. Your item will get the one year guarantee when you filled the online card.
*One Year Guarantee only for the purchase after Nov 18th, 2008*
- We will be responsible for one way shipping (from HK to your place).
- As we send back the defective item to the factory, it normally takes time. It depends on the complexity of the technical
problem. Please be patient during the time for repairing.
- We recommend buyer to install all our products by professional installer and check before installation. Installation
fee are NOT included if replacement or repairing is taken.
Broken Item
We check all our items before sending out,if you received an broken item or missing item, please kindly keep all the
package material, take photos and send to us within 7 days.We ONLY accept those cases reported and provided photos
to us within 7 days.We will help you claim damage or lost from courier company. However ,the courier company will take
about 14~28 days to investigate the case.So,please be patience to wait for the result.
The item's warranty becomes void:
(1) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear and tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
(2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.

- We send the item out to you within 24working hours if your score more than 50 and with confirmed shipping address.
