We will only REPAIR on the basis that it is sent back to us or send PARTS for an item if it is faulty or breaks down. Unfortunately we cannot accept pickups. All orders must be shipped. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional All warranty terms and conditions are to be followed in conjunction with the full Terms & Conditions in addition to the assembly and maintenance conditions. No exceptions. Warranty claims may be rejected if the cause of the failure was incorrect assembly and or improper maintenance. Dead On Arrival, products not functioning from out of the box will be EITHER repaired OR replaced at no cost to the customer. This is not a peripheral. We will do whichever is necessary. Customers must notify LO HARDWARE within 3 days of receipt of goods if products are DOA. LO HARDWARE may desire to evaluate any situation and reserves the right to Replace, Repair or Refund a product at its discretion. On replacement or refund situations, the decision may not be taken immediately, and the product may need to be sent to certain relevant authorised service centres or warranty departments for evaluation. On the Instance of a faulty product, there is no excuse for “I need it now” urgencies. If a product is being repaired, the customer needs to be patient and LO HARDWARE will endeavour to repair or replace the product as early as possible for the customer after the product has been evaluated. LO HARDWARE will provide parts and labour on faulty products for a period of 30 days from date of invoice. Customers are responsible for freight costs in returning products to LO HARDWARE or its nominated repairer. LO HARDWARE will provide a parts only warranty for the remaining warranty period stated on the advertisement from date of invoice. Customers must return the goods to LO HARDWARE or its nominated repairer OR parts will be sent out to the customer for their own repair or maintenance procedures at their own risk OR cost. Customer must have the product evaluated and assessed and show LO HARDWARE supporting information regarding the problem if the customer wants parts sent out. Customers will pay for all freight and labour costs if any involved. Parts will be supplied at no charge once faulty parts are returned to LO HARDWARE.  LO HARDWARE is not responsible for damages to goods or parts resulting from improper assembly. Assembly should always be carried out by an experienced person or qualified mechanic or technician. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure items are correctly fitted / assembled / tuned. Purchasers or users are solely responsible for regular and required maintenance and service. Maintenance and service should always be carried out by an experienced person or qualified mechanic or technician. Purchaser should ensure they seek advice for maintenance and service from a suitably qualified person. LO HARDWARE will not be liable for improper advice or services provided to the purchaser by an independent technician or repairer. LO HARDWARE is also not liable to be able to give every detailed information that the customer may need. Maintenance and service expenses are the owner’s responsibility.
