HAND OPERATED WINCH FOR TRAILER TIPPER WITH TWO DIFFERENT HEIGHT TIPPER POLES.
TRAILER HAS HAD SURFACE RUST ON UNDERSIDE BUT HAS BEEN SANDBLASTED AND PAINTED APPROX TWO YEARS AGO.
