Payment

We accept PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit, and ask that payment is made within 3 days of purchase. If you require combined postage, please email for a revised invoice prior to making payment at checkout. Once payment has been made, we cannot combine purchases.

PayPal – Instant Payment, Credit Card, or eCheque. NB. eCheques will take up to 5 business days to clear. 

Bank Deposit or Transfer – Payment will take 24-48 hours to appear in our account. Bank Account Details for Majestic Weddings are available within the checkout procedure.

Shipping

This item will be posted by Registered Australia Post eParcel. All parcels have a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.

If Express Post is offered and selected, we will utilise Prepaid Express Post Satchels. This method of post is trackable, but not registered. Therefore a signature is not required for proof of delivery, and non-delivery cannot be claimed. 

We intend to have all items posted within 72 hours of payment being received. However, in the rare instance that a delay may occur, we will contact the buyer to advise a more accurate delivery time. If you require your item urgently (within 28 days) please contact the seller prior to making your purchase.

Terms of Sale

It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the suitability of the product for their purpose. Majestic DIY will do their utmost to describe and photograph the items for sale to the best of their knowledge and ability.

We will gladly accept returns within 7 days if the products purchased are faulty. A refund of the purchase price excluding postage may be approved once items are returned. Please note, postage costs are always at the buyer's expense. This is part and parcel of online purchases.

Our wholesale pricing is available online to industry customers such as event planners, decorators, florists, resellers, etc. on approval of a wholesale application.. There are no minimum order requirements, with the exception of glass vases in carton quantities. This is primarily to minimise the risk of damage during transit. We strive to offer the resources you need in order to prepare for your special event.
