GENERAL INFORMATION & RETURNS:

• If you require further information regarding the item listed then please ask. I respond to 99% of all emails within the first 24 hours.
• As the “Best Offer” features has not been adopted by eBay Australia, I am still open to you emailing me with your “Best Offer”, but only on the condition that it is a reasonable offer as all unrealistic offers will not be answered. Sales with partial trades may also be considered.
• As a courtesy, please do not email me with your suggestion of a price that I should be listing an item for. Remember it’s my auction and I have the right to select the sale price.
• Some items may be withdrawn from sale without notice. The reason for this is that the item/s for sale may also be listed and sold in various other websites simultaneously.
• A majority of my auctions list information & specification that have been advised by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
• All items listed for sale are genuine, I do not deal in fakes, cracks, copies or cheats.
• All used items have been checked and tested in various ways. I only offer items for sale that function correctly unless otherwise stated.  I do not sell goods with the knowledge that they are faulty but parade them as fully functioning, because lets face it, I use ebay to make purchases and I would annoyed if I purchased something that didn’t function correctly.
• All electrical items use an Australian power supply unless otherwise stated.
• I am happy to offer a return/warranty period on all of my items unless otherwise stated. I accept returns if the item does not work due to a manufacturing fault only.  I do not accept returns because you miss used it, you damaged it, you didn’t like it, you purchased it by mistake, it didn’t suit your purpose etc.
• The return/warranty period is generally 7days from the date of receiving your purchase, however some new items may fall under the full manufacturers warranty.  I have given a 7 day period for return/warranty so it encourages you to test your purchase immediately because if it fails then generally it’s going to fail in the first 7 days. You must contact me within that 7days of receiving your item to notify me of a manufacturing fault.
• Returns/warranty shipping is at the buyers expense. I do not refund postage costs. The item must be returned in somewhat the same condition it was originally sent, please do not tampering or make things look worse than what they are. The refund on the purchase price will only be given once I have tested the item and deem it to have failed due to a manufacturing fault.  If the item is not faulty due to a manufacturing fault, no refund will be given and you will be cost responsible for the return shipping costs.  You may find some of the conditions mentioned unfair, but lets put it in perspective, when you buy an item from a retail store and it fails, you would usually have to follow the same procedures.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

• In most cases my auctions are listed as “BUY IT NOW” this means if you have committed to the sale then you are prepared to “BUY IT NOW”, not in 5 days, not in 10 days etc.  If you are short on cash/funds then please email prior to committing to buy.
• Once you have committed to a purchase I require some form of contact from you within the first 24hrs
• Payment is appreciated within the first 1 – 3days after you have committed to a purchase. If you are short on cash/funds for any reason then please email.
• A payment reminder will be sent daily until the item has been pair for, up to a 7 day period.  Don’t get offended by this, it’s a payment reminder.
• If payment has not been made within a 7 day period, an eBay dispute will be opened in order for me to re-coupe the final value fee. If no payment or contact has been made after a further 8days then I will close the dispute, you will get an eBay strike against your profile and negative feedback left for you.  Again this is not being rude, just follow the rules and we will all be happy.
• I accept the following payments from Australian eBay users – PAYPAL, BANK DEPOSIT, MONEY ORDER/CHEQUE, CASH (Local Pick Up)
• I accept the following payments from Overseas eBay users – PAYPAL
• From June 2008 I understand that eBay Australia will only allow payments via PAYPAL, so if you don’t have a PAYPAL account then get one now.
• No cash is to be sent by mail

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Shipping is generally quoted at flat rate, that means shipping to anywhere in Australia will cost the nominated amount.  
• All items listed are located in Australia in with me unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery is via Australia Post (Express or Registered) or Courier
• If a courier is listed as the shipping type then please ensure you list a residential address or business address for delivery as courier companies do not deliver to PO Boxes.
• I am open to Pick Ups occasions, but please email me to discuss, rather than just assuming it will be ok.
• Once your payment has been received consider your item shipped without delay.  If there is a problem I will let you know about it immediately.
• If you are concerned about shipping of your item then you are more than welcome to contact me. 
• Shipping time is as follows Express Post – Within Australia 1-3 Working Days. Registered Post – Within Australia 1-7 Working Days. International Airmail – Overseas 7-14 Working Days.  These times can vary at peak seasons.
