Payment Instruction

SERIOUS BIDDER ONLY, PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS; OTHERWISE WE HAVE THE RIGHTS TO RE-LIST THE ITEM WITHOUT INFORMING THE BIDDER. NON-PAYING BIDDER WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY WHICH MAY LEAD YOUR ACCOUNT BE SUSPENDED BY EBAY. YOU MUST CONTACT US TO EXPLAIN ANY EXCEPTABLE REASONS TO DEFERR YOUR PAYMENT OTHERWISE.

Postage Costing

Australian Buyers - Items will be posted within 24 hours once the payment has been confirmed. All items will be posted via Australian Registered Post. Postage and handling fee is AU$14.00 which includes AU$400 insurance cover (For your safety, insurance is compulsory and additional $1.25 is charged per every $100 thereafter of the total purchase value).

International Buyers - Items will be posted within 24 hours once the payment has been confirmed. All items will be posted via Australian Global Airmail Post or ECI. Postage and handling fee for Airmail Post is AU$25.00 which includes AU$400 insurance cover. Pls contact us for ECI postage and handling fee depends on your location.

Shipping & Handling

We do not ship on Sunday and public holidays. Items will be posted immediately after payment has been cleared. All items will be posted via Australian Registered Post (Australia) / Air Mail or ECI (Overseas).  We can't promise as unexpected problems due to post office but if you don't receive it within a reasonable time frame please contacts us and we'll do our best to help you ASAP. COMBINED SHIPPING - We do combine purchases made within 7 days unless prior arrangement has been agreed upon. Additional items are charged at upto $6.80 (Australia) / upto AU$15 (Overseas) for each additional item if all of them are located in the same address. It is up to 5 items one time. Insurance is payable on the total value of the parcel.

Returns Policy

We offer refunds if item is not as described (as established by us) or any defects of products(postage is non-refundable). Please note that all care is taken and items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Returns must be sent via registered post with original condtions within 5 days of receiving the item. Blue-Dolphin-11 Reserves the right to reject any return based upon "Buyer's Remorse".

In the event that single or multiple order returns that exceed $1,000 in total are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus all shipping, handling and insurance costs. Returns under $1,000.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus all shipping, handling and insurance costs. In addition, you will be responsible for all return delivery fees. Refunds are generally made within 3-5 business days after us approves the return of item(s).
