In excellent condition with extremely minimal play wear, 100% complete with no substitute pieces.

Instructions are in good condition, some creasing on outer cover page and slight dog eared lower corners.

A: Sherilyn, Surface Mail (6-10 weeks delivery) which is cheaper would not get to the US in time for Christmas
