This superb Sax, from Largo Australia, comes from our factory's pro line range, and is an actuall reproduction of the famous Selmer 802 series.
Most student horns, are simply entry level student instruments, and have very little character or range. In contrast, the Largo Horn, is rich in character, tone and ability. This Alto, acts and sounds like a studio level instrument. This means most importantly, that it plays in tune, which is rather critical when you are trying to play along side other instruments. Plus it is mechanically smooth and precise, and as it is a semi pro level instrument, it is able to reach the higher altissimo range of notes, that many student horns fail to obtain.
With all this in mind, A Great deal of effort has been taken by the manufacturer of this fine saxophone, to produce an instrument that is both affordable, and musically satisfying to play. This includes attention to the lower bell tones, and the high notes, known as the palm keys. Intonation and funcionality of use, ( comfortability and ease to play ), have been most important in the development of this fine saxophone. The manufacturer of these fine instruments, has been hand making saxophones for over 30 years.

Built on the Selmer 802 model, it has excellent key design, allowing for correct and comfortable hand position. The projection of this instrument is excellent, and would suit the discerning player, looking for an instrument of a higher standard then the average student saxophone.
While This saxophone is not a genuine Selmer saxophone, ( and doesn't have a tenth of the Semer price tag ), It is a very high quality saxophone, which I have had tested by Professional palyers, who are all very impressed with it, and are constantly amazed at its performance. This high quality Alto has been made the with amazing detail and precision. I know this for fact, as I have beeen to the factory. and not only inspected the full manufacturing process, but take an active roll in the development and constant reviews of the manufacturing process, to ensure that every horn is made to the highest possible standard, ensuring your new Alto will come to you exactly as described.
This saxohone has excellent sound and tonal qualities, and is the best quality saxophone I have had offer for the past 20 years.

Warranty Information
All instruments are guaranteed against faulty manufacture or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Warranty does not extend to:
Any damage whatsoever caused by the purchaser.
Normal wear and tear.
Accidental damage howsoever caused.
Damage caused by using any cleaning agent, device or cloth, other than what was supplied with the instrument or recommended by Largo Australia .(Conditional upon the supplied cleaning cloth being free of oil, grease, dirt or other debris.)
Cost of return for warranty is paid by the purchaser, Largo Australia will pay for the return of the repaired/replaced instrument to you.
Policy for Returning Items:
Refunds and exchanges on reeds, mouthpieces, strings and other accessories are not accepted due to the personal nature of the products. These products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.
Defective Items:
Defective products must be returned to Largo Australia within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement; Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be replaced due to unavailability, a full refund will be offered. All care is taken in relation to the handling of these items during shipping and handling.
How to Return your product:
- Contact Largo Australia at sales@jouellinestrings.com.au A representative will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You will also be provided with address details of where to send your return. You should not send your item without an "RAN"
- Send your item to the return address provided with your RAN clearly displayed on and inside the return packaging.
- Once the return has been received and processed, a replacement product will be forwarded.
Important:
- Largo Australia are not liable for any charges incurred in returning goods to our premises.
- The return must be received by Largo Australia within (14) fourteen days of the RAN Number being issued.
- Replacement products will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by Largo Australia .
- All returns must have an RAN Number.
- Products that are returned to Largo Australia without an RAN clearly displayed will be returned to sender
