First Track :  Introduction

When Rachel and John are asked How they’ve managed to buy so many properties and How they did it, the important issue of WHY they started to invest in often overlooked. 

In this introduction, you will hear WHY Rachel and John decided to invest in Real Estate.  What changed their way of thinking and caused them to look at life a little differently and importantly to start taking action.

Second Track :  The First Intentional Investment

With the decision made to invest, Rachel started to take action – but where do you start when you don’t know too much about Real Estate Investing?  On this track, Rachel tells you how she came to find their first investment property, and how much research she didn’t do!

Third Track :  The Second Investment Property

Still in-experienced Investors now with just one investment property purchase under their belt – so its not really a surprise to hear that they overlooked quite an important issue on this purchase too!
