There is a cancelled stamp on the first and last page. The back page also has some writing and a sticker. The spine and back cover has a sticker. There is some wear on the corners. The back hardcover is coming away from the spine but all the pages are intact. This book is much sought after. Lots of other websites have none in stock and their RRP is between $23 - $40.
