Q. What is your dead pixel policy?

A. It's pretty simple: We're not convinced that dead pixels are a normal defect of the manufacturing process (as most retailers will try to tell you). Dead pixels shouldn't occur and that is that. If you find one or more pixels that are not operational during any time of the 12 month warranty, we will simply replace your panel with a new one. No bull. No excuses.

Q. Will this work with my machine?

A. If you want to know if this screen will work in your machine, or any other, don't hesitate to ask, they will work in more than we listed. We would need either the Model/Part number off the rear of the screen (preferred) or Model/Make of the machine (usually found on the base). Please check this is the correct size screen for your machine, if unsure measure your screen corner to corner diagonally.

Shipping Information:

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturday and Sunday. All items are shipped via Australia Post. There is a flat rate fee of $10 for the shipping cost to anywhere in Australia.

Payment: Payment is due in full no later than 7 days after the end of the auction. We will confirm your winning bid within 24hrs after the auction ends via eBay's checkout system. We accept Money Orders, Bank Deposit and Paypal. Confirmation of your winning bid is required within 3 days of the end of auction. Final total will be calculated after the auction ended.

Our Policies:

1. Our auctions are legally binding which means if you bid and win the auctioned item you MUST complete the transaction by paying for the item within the period of time as stated in the specific auction.
