Most items come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. 

If your item develops a faulty due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay. 

If you return the phone for any other reason within 7 days from receipt, we will refund you in full. 

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via email so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to answer your emails and resolve any issues within 1 working day and often much quicker, however occasionally email response times can dip to 2 working days during busiest of periods. 

Please note that returns will only be accepted with an RMA number; you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive, To guarantee receipt please return the item by a signed for service this will provide you with a proof of receipt by us. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at out office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID , listing number and reason for refund ; otherwise your refund could be delayed. 

Ensure that you check with your network full phone compatibility prior to purchase as we cannot make any special allowances  for returns due to any phone incompatibilities apart from manufacturing defects and faults; otherwise any such return will be subject to the administration charge.
