Probably a mantle piece or fireside ornament. Could be a decorative top for a mantle clock. 205mm tall. Base is 150mm by 75mm. Cast iron. Base is attached by two burred protrusions from top, a little wobbly. Top figure is a man playing a bagpipe sitting on a rail. The round centre is a woman playing a flute. Below this is a dog, a drinktng tankards and a keg tap. Auction in AU$. Post $10 within Australia, $30 post outside Australia. Have a look at my newshintaro1 ebay store, always adding more items.
