Beautifully matched & graduated strand of antique red coral trade beads.
These are very fine quality old coral beads with 100% natural colour and excellent condition.
They were delivered into our shop from a Yemeni supplier visiting  Bangkok. 

These old coral beads  have a rich history of trade dating back several centuries. 
Production can be traced back  to Italy - from where they have traveled extensively, into
North Africa the Middle East, Nepal &  Tibet.
