How do I make my payment?

ONLINE BANK TRANSFER – When making your payment please ensure you leave your EBAY USER ID or PHONE NUBMER as your payment description, followed by an email confirming the reference left beside your payment.

(DO NOT LEAVE ITEM NUMBER, EVENT NAME or TICKETS AS YOUR PAYMENT DESCRIPTION).

LOCAL ANZ BANK DEPOSIT – A direct deposit can be made from your local ANZ branch. Please ask the teller to leave a reference with your payment. Your reference is the only way I can distinguish your payment against others. Please leave your PHONE NUMBER as reference, followed by an email confirming the phone number left beside your payment.

(DO NOT LEAVE ITEM NUMBER, EVENT NAME or TICKETS AS YOUR PAYMENT DESCRIPTION).

PAYPAL - If you do not have an account, simply log onto paypal.com.au and join within minutes. You can then pay with your credit card. Paypal payments made directly from your credit card clears instantly. If you are paying via paypal from your bank account your payment will come through as an e-cheque and takes several days to clear. To avoid unnecessary waiting, please pay directly into bank account.

 SHIPPING AND HANDLING

When should I expect my tickets to arrive? Allow one to two days for your payment to clear, we always send a confirmation advising this, then your tickets will be mailed via registered post, this may take between 2 – 3 working days depending on your location in Australia.

IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCURATE?

IMPORTANT POSTAL POLICY: Please make sure your postal information is accurate at the time of purchase. Your item will only be mailed to the address listed on Ebay. We take the best possible care to ensure your article is sent to the correct address, but we do not accept any responsibility for incorrect, incomplete postal addresses or last minute change of addresses.

To also avoid any delays, please ensure your Paypal address matches your Ebay address.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Buyer must agree to pay the total price in full (Item price + Postage and handling cost) within 5 working days after purchase, otherwise the availability of your ticket/s cannot be guaranteed and risk your ticket/s being resold.

If the event date is less than 10 days, payment is required immediately. Payment options maybe limited during this period.

Treat tickets like CASH, any lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced/cancelled or re-issued, regardless of ticketing agencies term & conditions.

Ensure your personal details are accurate and up to date. All Events has the right to cancel a transaction if your personal details are inaccurate (without warning).
