Once you win the bid you have to pay for a minimum of 5 nights. starting Minimum Bid is $140 per night. You can request for additional days of stay. This is a privately owned apartment and we are flexible with quotes for Nov 09 and shall consider offers if booking is requested for the complete duration. However, once the deal has been finalized, a deposit would be requested to be paid the same day. Arrivals after 5pm shall have to pay extra for reception which can be paid to the meet & greet person.
Bookings are also being accepted for the month of Dec 09 and Jan 10 onwards. Ask for a quote.

How to get there
Airports Chevron Renaissance is approximately 20 minutes from CoolangattaAirport, and approximately one hour and a half from Brisbane domestic and international airports.
Public Transport Buses regularly service the areas immediately surrounding Chevron Renaissance and several other locations in Surfers Paradise. There are train stations located at Helensvale, Nerang and Robina, all of which are approximately 20minutes by car, and all have regular bus and taxi services to Surfers Paradise.

On arrival, we meet you personally at the resort to show you your apartment and hand over the keys. Check in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your booking you can do so without incurring a fee if your cancellation is 30days or more prior to the arrival date.
If you need to cancel your booking within 30days from your arrival date, this will incur a fee of 1 nights accommodation. A Bond money of $200 is required to be given to the person who receives you. on your departure she shall hand over the money to you, if their are no damages.
Bids: The owners reserve the right to confirm the bid. If the bid is lower then the acceptable price, they reserve the right to let the bid roll over.
