- Postage and Handling cost is LISTED ON EVERY AUCTION & FIXED anywhere in Australia and overseas, if you are not happy with the listed cost please do not bid. Complaints about postage costs or negative feedback relating to postage costs will be forwarded to Ebay. A Breach of this may result in ACCOUNT SUSPENSION.

 
- Shipping charges are non refundable under any circumstances. Please do not purchase if you don't agree to this.

- Items are posted to your registered postal address, if you require your item to be delivered to an alternative address please update your delivery address prior to bidding/buying otherwise we can not guarantee the item will be posted to the new changed address.
- Allow at least 1-2 business days for payment to clear. Weekends, public holidays and after 4:00pm AEST transfers takes more to clear 3-4 days. We will send a payment received notification email to your email address once payment has cleared.
- Shipping Response Time: allow 2 business days after receipt of your payment. We will send a shipping notification email to your  registered email address. If you do not receive a shipping notification in 5 days, please contact us.
