Desired sizes can be notified to us via several ways:

1. If payment by Paypal, please indicate desired sizes during payment on Paypal
2. If payment by internet deposit, please indicate desired sizes as payment reference as well as your ebay id
3. If payment by bank deposit or any other methods, please notify us through EBAY message for your desired sizes

Payment Methods:

• Payment must be received within five days of auction close.Unpaid auction winner will receive reminder if the auction not be paid in 5 working days. If payment is still not received in 7 working days, we will open Non-payer dispute to recover the final value fee of the auction charged by eBay.
• Bank transfer via netbank:

     We prefer buyer do Net Banking Deposit as that allow them to put their

     eBay ID as reference and is the quickest easiest method.

• Direct deposit at a bank:

     Please put the last 6 digits of item number as reference.

• Money Order/Bank Cheque:

    Place your user ID on the back of the money order or cheque.

Return & Exchange 

• If you are not happy with your item for any reason, please email us immediately. You can return the item  and we will exchange it or refund .
• Refund will be given as merchandise credit.Credit is only valid for 30 days from the date we receive the return.
• Postage is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs and re-stocking fee of $10. If the item is being sent back for an exchange, the re-stocking fee will be waved. 
• To return products, please send it to the address shown on your invoice. We strongly suggust you insure the parcel or send it by express post and keep a receipt from the post office. We are not responsible for the return item get lost or damaged.
• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in it's original condition & packaging.
• All returns must include a notice quoting your item number, your eBay user ID  and email address and the reason for return.
