AD&D - TSR Jam 1999 - TSR 11445

I’m always buying and selling games in order to expand my own, meager, collection. (Mainly Dungeons & Dragons)

Currently looking for  1 Forgotten Realms item, and assorted other odds and ends as and when they pique my interest.

Auction Stuff.

Important Note for Italian buyers - due to serious issues with the Italian postal service I will now only ship to Italy using 'International Signed For' rates, so please add £3.50 to any shipping price that you see on any of my auctions - I am sorry to have to do this but recent problems leave me with no alternative

I will always try and give shipping discounts for multiple wins – ask for a quote but generally about 20% off of the total shipping.

I don’t mind waiting for payment – if you’re waiting on other auctions for example, but I would appreciate if you let me know if there is going to be a delay.

I try and ship as soon as possible, generally within 2 days of payment, and sometimes the same day but I make no promises, other than I will certainly ship within a week.

If in doubt about anything at all, ASK, communication is the key to a great e-bay experience and I pride myself on doing this stuff well – I try to be fair and decent but sometimes things happen which are beyond my control; I will always try to sort things out to everyones satisfaction.

Pictures.

I am rubbish at sorting out pictures for auctions! However I am trying to improve this so bear with me. If there is no picture on this item there is a chance that it will get added at a later date, particularly if it is a shop item, so it may be worth checking back. If you really need a picture please ask, though I make no promises! I do try and describe accurately and will always point out any flaws in an item.

Feedback.

The biggest bone of contention on e-bay. I have no hard and fast rules with leaving feedback, I basically leave it in a big block when I can be bothered or remember!

However I do not take negative (or neutral) feedback lightly so would never leave a bad one without at least a couple of e-mails or attempts to sort things out and I would hope that you would do the same. Remember – communication is the key
