I ONLY PACK WEEKENDS AND POST ON TUESDAYS. ALL ITEMS PAID FOR ON MONDAYS WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT TUESDAY. SORRY . 

ALL NON EUROPE AND EUROPE (OVER 2 KILOS) WILL BE SHIPPED BY AIR COURIER TO SAVE YOU MONEY. AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME IS 3 WEEKS. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING QUICKER THAN NOTED PLEASE APPLY FOR SPECIAL POST RATES

All items are packed in new double strength boxes with bubble wrap. average cost for small box is £1 and larger £2. average cost of bubble is about £0.50 to £1 per item.

I do employ someone to do packing because of volume now, this is shown in costs passed on to customers but i do try to be fair.

UK items are posted by Royal Mail / Parcel Force / U.P.S. on Tuesdays only. 3 day service. along with with any light European (see below for weights).

Heavier overseas parcels (over 2k Europe and all International) are taken to my Air Courier on Tuesday and consolidated with other consignments going to the same countries. This can take up to one week before they are "in the air".
 
If International air courier is used the usual delivery time is 3 weeks but is usually a lot quicker.  Please be aware that most of these delivery times will be slightly longer than usual but at subtantially reduced prices to any other air courier and cetainly better than surface mails twelve week max. 

Some countries such as.. Germany, Italy and France have poor internal post systems and can take up to an additional 2 weeks to deliver the item.

I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE AS FAIRLY AS POSSIBLE WHEN MULTIPLE ITEMS PURCHASED. SIZE AND SHAPE ALSO TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT TO ENSURE NO BREAKAGE WOULD OCCUR AND IT WOULD BE COST AFFECTIVE. E.G. EXTRA TRIO IS APPROX £3.

INSURANCE IS INCLUDED BUT IS FOR LOSS ONLY.

BREAKAGE IS NOT COVERED BUT WILL BE COVERED BY MYSELF UPON PICTURE PROOF OF DAMAGE ONLY.
