  1. Twist both end of the bar until it matches the width of your doorway frame
  2. When it is installed between your doorway frame, further tighten the bar by twisting the middle section of the bar
  3. Prior to usage, test the bar by hanging yourself and shake a little
  4. "If" you would like a Permanent Setup, please follow instruction from image below. Not recommended as permanent setup can only hold 20kg additional weight and also damage your door caused by the screws.
