Postage Terms

We will combine postage on multiple items, wherever possible.

Postage Service Within Australia: 3-10 days (after payment received)
Shipped Items: Regular Australia Post (unless otherwise requested)


Outside Australia
International Airmail: 7 - 14 days

Items Not As Described: At times, we run out of certain items that MAY be listed in the list of contents. During these times we reserve the right to substitute these missing items with items of an equal or greater value.

Import Duties & Taxes: Please make yourself familiar with your own country's import duties, taxes & restrictions before purchasing items from us. We will not be held liable for any charges, delays, or other matters that may arise from shipping to your country. All goods will be marked in accordance with your country’s custom and excise laws.

Pickup
We are an online trading company ONLY and pickup is NOT AN OPTION.

General Terms

All sales are inclusive of GST & a tax invoice can be provided.

Payment must be received by advanced_life_safety within 14 days of the winning bid.

If payment is not received within this time, the item will be put into dispute.  Please complete eBay checkout within 48 hours of the auction end and update any necessary address details at this time. 

If you win the auction you are welcome to add the correct postage amount listed by our Postage Calculator above in eBay checkout or you may email us for correct or combined postage. 

Direct internet bank transfers can take up to 48 business hours (excluding weekends) to clear into our bank account, depending on the banks involved.  Please keep this in mind when making Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). 

Refunds & Returns 

Due to the nature of our products, once a kit has been opened it may not be returned for credit as it cannot be resold.

Our kits are assembled and checked numerous times for quality and quantity of items. However, on the rare occasion that you find an item missing, please contact us immediately to arrange an amicable outcome.

Bid now

Put your maximum bid in now so that you give yourself the best chance of winning the auction.  We do not negotiate outside eBay, nor do we make 'buy now' offers while an auction is active.  Many people either forget to bid before the auction ends, or are outbid in the last minutes because they didn't originally bid their maximum amount.  Bidding is incremental, so your maximum bid will only show if someone else over bids you.
