Warranty*

General.

This site offers a 14 day refund or exchange. This covers faulty items, items that do not function as advertised and all items which are not as described. All claims must be made with in 14 days after dispatch date.

This warranty covers all original purchase costs, including freight.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted without prior notification.

Cricket Bats/Wood Items/Electronics etc.

All items such as Cricket bats are subject to inspection & report by manufacturer or independent adviser prior to approval. If advised oiling or knocking is required and this is not followed as per site suggestion or manufacturers guide, all warranty is therefore void. This in line with all Bat manufacturers warranties and the Trade Practices Act of 1974. This is done so at Manufacturers &/or the on sellers discretion.

All decisions are final and are binding by Manufacturer or Government discretion & laws

Descriptions/Sizing*

All sizing and descriptions are as supplied by various manufacturers. It is not the responsibility of this site to scrutinize their information. Noting that pre inspections are performed prior to dispatch on all items, for damage only. 

(*However all items will be covered by this site 14 day warranty, regardless, as long as contacted in the first instance, in most cases.).  Some photos are provided by Manufacturer/Supplier and may not match item sold. This is purely cosmetic. Subtle variations in colour and/or some location of wording or logos are subject to change by the manufacturer without warning. Therefore not under site control and will not be entered into under for claim. 

Feedback*

All feed back will be left in kind. Any neutral or negative feed back received without prior consultation or opportunity to exchange or refund based on this sites warranty platform, will be left feedback in kind. This feedback will not be reversed and will void all warranty from this site.

Postage

All items are dispatched at the preference of the Customer. If Standard post is selected, no responsibility will be taken by this site and all costs are carried by the customer, by choice. Exceptions will apply.

International Sales+

All international sales must be paid by Paypal only.
