The Titan Air Curtain produces a high-speed air current, which divides the inside & outside of a room, into two independent temperature zones. The result is the levels of the interior air conditioning are maintained andthe air is purified whilst energy is saved.  Summer heat, winter cold dust insects, smoke, unpleasant odours and exhaust fumes are all kept out.

Reverse engineering is the absorption, assimilation and enhancement of existing technologies through the analysis of their application and has been increasingly used in product development in recent years. The design and development of the Fan Wheel and Blade in our products represents the most effective realization of the principles of reverse engineering.

During the entire process of the development of the Fan Wheel and Blade, the ideology of reverse engineering is fully and organically integrated into the process of the design. Incorporating CAD/CAMM//CAE/CAPP/CAT technology, the basic model of the blade was constructed, to allow initial analysis and calculations and to determine how its performance could be improved upon, according to fundamental hydro-mechanical principles as well as empirical theories of blade improvement. Rigorous testing ensures that the Fan Wheel and Blade perform highly on wind pressure, noise minimization and efficiency, and that the maximum amount of energy is conserved whilst producing the most powerful results.

In 1883, Mr Fischer of Germany invented the first ball bearing in the world. For 120 years, following the rolling development of this industry, an aspect of craftsmanship has emerged around Germany’s scrupulous working practices and earned abundant recognition. Our manufacturer uses this German technology in the double ball bearing, achieving a precision manufacture of up to 7 decimal points (this is far higher than on an international product of a similar standard). After the electrical machinery leaves the production base, it is guaranteed to continue operating for 5,000 hours without breaking down.
