AL BOWLLY with RAY NOBLE ORCH. The HMV sessions 1930-1934. LP (UK) World Records/EMI SH 1078221 (1984 compilation of 18 tracks originally issued on 78s. Extensive Brian Rust liner notes including session details. Tracks: Sweet and lovely/Over my shoulder/Close your eyes/When you’ve got a little springtime in your heart/Did you ever see a dream walking/I can’t get Mississippi off my mind/Remember me/Isle of Capri/Time on my hands/You ought to see Sally on Sunday/Guilty/One morning in May/I’ll string along with you/Wanderer/Wagon wheels/You’re driving me crazy/I’ll be good because of you/Goodnight, sweetheart. Sleeve has remnants of sticker and small stain but still very clean, grade EX. Record grade EX+ to M-, very clean.)

All records are graded under a strong halogen lamp. I do NOT grade in daylight or use fluoro lighting which makes records look cleaner than they actually are!

GRADING: I use the (U.K.) Record Collector grading system which includes an EX grade. American collectors please note that EX usually equates to a Goldmine VG++. All records are graded under strong light. I have always had a good reputation for grading and usually get it right. If you're not happy with my grading, tell me. I'm happy to refund if you have a genuine complaint. However, don't expect a near mint record if I've graded it F, G or VG... Records are graded for the most part visually only, although most of the lower grades are also play checked, and in many cases play better than they look. The following gradings are used: M, mint condition, unplayed, with no marks on playing surface and labels as new. Records are rare in this condition and it is a grading I rarely use. M-, mint minus, either unplayed, with minimum scuffs caused by paper sleeve, or played once or twice only and still as new. EX, excellent condition, record played carefully, very clean surface, minimum scuffing. (EX+ or EX- means a little better or worse). VG, very good condition, scuffing or signs of groove wear but no bad scratches. (VG+ or VG- means a little better or worse). G, good condition, well played with plenty of scuffs, light scratches and groove wear. F, fair condition, playable but heavily scuffed or scratched, with a lot of surface noise.

I will accept returns from buyers who are genuinely unhappy with my grading or description. However, I have been selling vinyl records for many years and have an excellent reputation for grading, accurate descriptions, and packaging (check out my feedback!). In the past I have refunded on the rare occasion when an item has been damaged in the mail or failed to arrive. Anyway, if you have a genuine complaint, contact me immediately and I'll resolve the problem quickly.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased (but not at auction) if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description. More information at returns.
