For events that are seated, my seats are ALWAYS SIDE BY SIDE… This is the most common question I am asked. I will always list in the description the amount of tickets that can be purchased and guarantee the seats are side by side. If you are purchasing any tickets up to this amount, there is no need to ask. The seats will definitely be side by side. In some instances on request I may be able to provide more than the listed amount side by side but in such instances please enquire first.

TICKETS ON TIME – REGARDLESS OF HOW CLOSE EVENT IS

If my tickets are listed on Ebay, they WILL be delivered on time. Once tickets cannot be delivered on time, I will take down listing from ebay. On occasional circumstances I will list tickets as PICKUP ONLY which is when there is no time to post the tickets… Otherwise feel free to purchase with guarantee I will ensure tickets are mailed on time. If an event is cancelled without being rescheduled, once tickets have been returned to me I will refund the face value of the tickets. Please Allow 2-3 weeks for refund to be processed as it takes some time to obtain the refund myself

I Post tickets daily and I always guarantee timely arrival of tickets… in rare circumstance there could always be a couple days delay in postage due to unforseen circumstance but I always will ensure tickets to arrive before event. There are also circumstances where tickets have been purchased but are awaiting arrival from promoter, in such instances i will clearly outline this i the item description

In many instances payment is not marked off as received because the direct deposit is not made properly. Please ALWAYS ensure you deposit the EXACT amount required (not rounded off to the nearest dollar as this causes confusion) . Please use your ebay username as a reference when depositing through internet banking and please use your postal POSTCODE when depositing over the teller at the ANZ BANK. Please try avoid using ebay item number as many times there are multiple purchases from the same item number.

I always give an approximate of seating location and do not reveal exact seating numbers, this is for buyer protection to ensure tickets remain valid. My history of sales suggests that this is beneficial to both buyer and seller so please do not ask me for exact seat numbers as I will not reveal them. Ticket location will always be within parameters that were set and will always be of equal or better positioning than described.
