This is an Interesting LARGE Original GOUACHE & PENCIL Painting by Australian Listed Artist, ANDREW SOUTHALL. (b 1947 - ). It is unframed, and is signed lower right, and dated 1980. It is titled and inscribed lower centre, "TORONGO VALLEY". It shows a Gouache and Pencil  Painting  of Scattered Trees in the Torongo Valley Landscape. It is in Good Condition, on Fine art paper, and measures 39 1/2 inch by 28 inch, (100.4cm x 71.1cm). (Image). It does have a minor light fold in the paper.

SOUTHALL, Andrew, born 1947; Painter and Printmaker. He has been influenced by Dubuffet, and painted with Artist Rick Amor. He has lived in North Wales, UK, where he had a Studio and home. He has now moved back to Moe in Gippsland. He has exhibited in Australia, at Charles Nodrum Gallery, and also in the UK, and Europe. His art is represented in Parliament House Canberra, and in Corporate and Private Collections in Australia, USA, and Europe.
