Payment
We accept many methods of payment. We ask that once auction has been won that payment is made within 5 days. Once payment has cleared we will have item posted immediately or within 24 hours.
International payments accepted only via Paypal.
Postage
All beads are closely inspected before sending to ensure its sent in the best condition.
We use Australia Post. Items are sent in a strong bubble satchel.

We offer a Free combined postage deal.
If you have several items, we will place them all into the 1 Satchel. This means you only pay for 1 Postage fee for all your items.

Insurance
Registered post is the safest way to have your charms delivered. It will insure your satchel. When using Registered Post it will include a tracking number for the item.(Contact me if you want this number)
We recommend insuring your item as we are not liable for problems whilst in the transit.
Insurance or Express is required for orders over $40
Express
If speedy post is what you are after then we suggest Express post as items will arrive at a much faster pace. A tracking number is also included.
note: Not all Australian postcodes are covered by Express post, please ensure your postcode is covered by Express post before selecting this option.
