Although many of our ladies buy underwear to give them a trim silhouette under their clothing - there are many others in the EBAY fraternity who are slightly more daring - buying vintage lingerie as party clothes, evening wear or for burlesque revue.

MADAME FIFI - BLACK - SUSPENDER BUSTLE.

The front two panels are in black stretch nylon net with a floral pattern. Each side is decorated with cream satin ribbon threaded thorough eyelet holes. Fastens together with a series of black metal hooks and eyelets - decorated with a black satin ribbon tie. Boned at each side to make it stand stiffly. The back section is cut shorter from sheer black nylon elastic net. Has a double row of wide black nylon floral lace - which presumably protrudes slightly over the bottom - hence the bustle. Decorated with a cream satin ribbon and pearl dropper at the back. Two copper coloured suspenders hang from the side "bones". These are decorated with small cream satin bows and cream satin ribbon covers. Excellent clean condition - I don’t think this has ever been worn.

The original label reads - ANNE SUMMERS - MADAME FIFI - BLACK SUSPENDER BUSTLE - SIZE 14- 16.
