ANTIQUE CARD LOT 4 DIE CUT EUROPEAN VICTORIAN XIXC 1860
Lot of four (4) ORIGINAL ANTIQUE late XIXth Century Victorian era DIE CUT CARDS
from France, circa 1860 and not later. THESE ARE NOT RECENT REPRODUCTIONS; they
are originals and they are very old.
SIZE: all 4 cards measure approximately 5.5 inches x 3.3 inches // 14 cm x 13,3 cm.
CONDITION:
By "antique " we mean over 100 years of age.
By "vintage"we mean between 50 and 100 years of age.
These trade cards are made of matter and they are OLD; they are antique cards approximately
140 years old and they are NOT new.
There are
signs of age and usage including but not limited to the fact that 3 of the 4 cards have writing on them
(much faded)
IN FRENCH on their fronts; there may also be
minor wear to the paper, surface wear, wear at the edges and corners,
minor browning and toning of the paper,
and minute traces of adhesive on their backs.
There may also be signs of age and usage
that we missed because we aren't specifically trained to see them.
These have not been examined microscopically.
We have not cleaned them.
We have not taken them apart or put them back together,
we've not subtracted anything from them nor added anything to them
that was not already there when we got them.
Their condition is good , there is nothing functionally wrong with them,
and their condition is exactly as shown in the photos; please look at all the photos carefully
and read this description carefully.
It is impossible to divine exactly what information a buyer
might want. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully scrutinize a purchase

lot de 4 cartes coupé; images anciennes françaises de la seconde moitié
du XIXème à l'époque (années 1860 environ). 3 avec dedications en crayon.
Dimensions: 14 cm x 13,3 cm chacun, environ.
Dos avec restes de colle ou de papier ancien, enlevables par personne compétente.
Dans la généralité ces images sont en très bon état,
quelques unes cependant peuvent présenter des petits défauts d'usage ;
pour vous assurer de l'état un agrandissement
de chaque image est disponible sur simple demande,
avant d'enchérir uniquement. N.B : les images sont vendues sans fond de couleur.
Très bon état pour le lot.
