BEAUTIFUL OAK JACOBEAN 3 PIECE LOUNGE SUITE.
UPHOLSTERED IN A COMPLEMENTARY COLOUR SCHEME TO MATCH THE LOVELY CARVED SOLID OAK FRAMES SO IT IS ALL BROWNS AND AUTUMN COLOURS, VERY TASTEFUL.
THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WHERE THE RATAN WEBBING MATERIAL HAS PULLED OUT FROM UNDER THE BEADING ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT HAND SIDES AT THE REAR OF THE COUCH, IT SHOULD BE A FAIRLY STRAIGHTFORWARD JOB TO CAREFULLY REMOVE THE BEADING AND REINSERT THE BACKING AS IT IS NOT DAMAGED PERSE. IT CAN BE SAT ON SAFELY AS IS FOR THE FRAME SUPPORTS THE CUSHION.
ALL THE SEATING IS FIRM. EACH PIECE IS ON SOLID STEEL CASTORS. I AM NOT SURE HOW OLD IT IS BUT I WOULD GUESS 1930'S?.

Getting your item…
Pick-ups... The current pick-up location is Cheltenham Victoria, days/times are Tuesdays and Saturdays from 11am to 12pm, other times on these days can be arranged if absolutely neccessary. Pick-ups on Saturdays within a long weekend must be confirmed as I may be away.
The exact address and above pick-up days/times along with a contact phone number for use near or at pick-up times will be provided on an email sent to you within 24 hours of auction close (please use ebays my message service (contact seller) and NOT email when communicating back to me).
It will be warmly appreciated if pick-ups are made within 1 week of auction close, as I have a bit of an ongoing storage problem, thanks.
Postage of small items... Any item ess than a metre in one dimension, less than 140 cm in girth and under 20kg when packed may be sent via Australia Post for about $10 within Melbourne Metro area (Enquire via ebays my messages for postage cost elsewhere, please do not send email).
Large items and couriers... Anything which exceeds the above dimensions/weight for small items are best picked up . Most large heavy items will not qualify for standard courier delivery interstate or outside Melbourne due to the couriers requirements for palletising and lift equipment (forklifts etc) for rehandling onto other trucks at depot's. Also such courier pick-ups are unlikely to be possible during the times that the items are accessible (couriers tend to need at least a half day window).
However, some couriers, such as Civic or Beeline will do door to door delivery within Melbourne for items that can be man handled safely by 2 people, it is vital when choosing a courier that they offer door to door service, agree to manhandle the item and can make the pick-up at the specified time, thankyou
(note: If it required 2 people to load at our end, the courier will expect and need help at your end to get the item off).
Postage/delivery/handling/packaging costs to be met by buyer. Please note that an uninsured item, which is lost or damaged in transit will be the buyers responsibility. Insurance must be requested if needed.
Refund/return policy...
The bid amount will be refunded if the item does not match the description by some important measure. I will not pay for return postage/transport. Items damaged or lost in transit are only covered if insurance or registered post was asked for.
If used goods are in this listing it is offered "as is" and have not been reconditioned, repaired or refurbished by me. Dirt/dust and minor unmentioned marks may be present.
Paying for your item...
Australian buyers… Cash at pick up and Paypal are the preferred payment methods, but please try and bring correct money as I may not have sufficient change.
Overseas buyers… must use Paypal. International freight charges can be very high, please determine this cost before bidding if you need the item sent overseas from Australia.
