THIS BED IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
IT IS MADE OF SOLID OAK FOR THE MAIN PART OF THE BED (NOT VENEER),
AND A TYPE OF OLD PINE FOR THE MATTRESS SPRINGS (WHICH ARE NICE AND FIRM).
IT HAS THE ORIGINAL MATCHING OLD SIDE RAILS, WHICH SLOT IN TIGHTLY,
SO THE BED DOES NOT WOBBLE.
THE TIMBER WORK IS IN GREAT CONDITION. NEEDS NO WORK AT ALL.
IT IS STAMPED ON THE BASE, MADE BY, M. LIGHT AND SONS, LTD.
THERE IS A DATE ON IT, 29TH SEPTEMBER, 1908.
IT MEASURES 91CM WIDE.
204 CM LONG FROM END TO END.
AND 53CM FROM GROUND, UP TO THE BASE TOP.
