Antique Papier-Mache and Wood German Body
10 1/2" -26.5cm long with 1" - 2.5cm neck opening.
The lower legs and forearms are painted and stained and the rest of the body is white painted papier-mache. This is a fully articulated body. The hook that joins the legs to the head goes over the top of the doll head and when the head turns the legs also move.
There is a small tear in the papier-mache in the leg socket and a small crease on the left hip. These do not affect the body at all. The tip of a finger and the thumb is missing on the right hand.
