ANTIQUE WALKER AND HALL SILVER INKWELL BOTTLE STAND

You are bidding on a delightful antique silver plated inkstand complete with flip top glass inkwell

The stand is produced by Walker & Hall in Sheffield and their markings are on the underside 

Measures approx 5  1/4 inches square (133mm)

Measures 3  1/2 inches (90mm) tall

This is a nice piece with blank panel for engraving to one side (in the images this is to the back but the inkwell is removable). The ink bottle is in good condition with no chips, cracks etc to report - only on close inspection are there any marks or fleabites from use and mentioned only to be thorough. The inkstand itself is in very good used condition, there is a very minor distortion on the outer edge (see image three - have centred onto this as not really visible unless level with the piece) The plating has some very minor wear on the leaf design.
