A very high quality Apple-branded DVD-ROM drive remove from a G4 Desktop unit early on, so there's not much wear on tear on this unit.

A rarity, manufactured in Japan. This one will read scratched audio cds effortlessly and faithfully!

Model SR-8585-B +5V 1.0A and +12V 2.0A inputs. Digital Audio and Analog Audio out.

PC compatible too!
