THE CASE IS IN FAIR CONDITION!  IT HAS A COUPLE OF SCRATCH MARKS WHERE YOUR PALMS REST FROM TYPING.  IT ALSO HAS A DENT ON BOTH SIDES NEAR THE MIDDLE, YOU CAN SEE THE DENTS IN THE PICTURES.  THE DENTS DO NOT INTERER WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MAC IN ANY WAY.  REMEMBER IT IS USED.

ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 FOR APPEARANCE, I WOULD GIVE IT AN 8.5
