If you'd like to change the BRASS SCREEN censer to our TALL BRASS CENSER at no extra cost, please advise after auction end.
If you enjoy standard stick incense, you are sure to enjoy resin incense: aromatic incense gums straight from nature.
Simply place a charcoal disk in the top of the censer and ignite - a long handled BBQ lighter is the perfect tool. Once the sparks start dancing over the top of the disk, leave for a couple of minutes until the entire disk glows red. Add your resin or wood incense a few pellets at a time and replace as necessary - resin incense is very strong and it doesn't take much to scent a room with aromatic smoke. Keep opened packs of charcoal discs in an airtight bag to ensure freshness.

We aim to stock only the most natural of incense - we don't stock any brightly coloured synthetic 'Musk' or 'Coconut' flavoured sticks, the type whose artificial perfumes tend to give you a headache, the sticks more likely than not adulterated with coal dust, saltpeter or animal by-products. Only about 10% of the incense industry use truly natural ingredients so we have done our best to source them. We stock a range of popular quality Indian agarbatti (stick incense) and cones, as well as rare and exotic incense including Japanese incense sticks (Morning Star and Nippon Kodo Ka-Fuh), traditional handmade incense made with herbs grown at the base of the Himalayas (truly divine incense, our absolute favourite) and a large range of resin incense suitable for burning with charcoal tablets (charcoal and censers available in our store).
Take a minute to light an incense stick or some resin, close your eyes and breathe it in. Take a moment out of your day just to chill and appreciate the wonderful things that surround you. PAYMENT
Payment may be made by DIRECT DEPOSIT (preferred), PAYPAL, or VISA / MASTERCARD if you call your number through to us during business hours - just ask for our number on checkout. If paying by Direct Deposit please use your Ebay ID as a reference. If paying for more than one item, please request a total on the checkout page before making payment, to avoid being overcharged on postage. Please make your full payment within 72 hours of auction end in order to avoid the item being relisted. If you need additional time to pay, simply make contact and let us know. Please note - most Paypal payments are instant, however their E-Cheque payments take up to 5 business days to clear.
SHIPPING
We're happy to combine postage for all auctions completed within a 7 day period, and always aim for the most economical postage option available, dependent on the weight of your order. This includes the Australia Post cost, cost of padded satchels, and safe bubble-wrapped packaging for all delicate items. Generally pay the standard postage for the most expensive item, then add around $0.50 for each bottle of Essential Oil, or $1 - $2 for each additional larger AQ product, to a MAXIMUM of $12.00 no matter how many items you buy. If you'd like a quote before purchasing, please send us a message with your list, otherwise just make your separate purchases and then request a total from the Checkout Screen BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS and we'll manually send through the updated postage cost (please don't rely on Ebay to be accurate unless you've requested a total).
Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has cleared - generally the same or next day - and we'll confirm their status every step of the way. We post daily! Once you have received your item, we'd be grateful if you could leave feedback to let us know the item has arrived ok. If there's a problem please contact us before leaving feedback and we'll do everything we can to resolve the matter. Once we are sure you are satisfied, we will then leave positive feedback for you. Please check our feedback score to confirm our reliability.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the item has been posted it is the responsibility of Australia Post and we cannot be held accountable should it go missing. Paypal insurance requires the items to be sent by traceable postage - ie registered post, but it is up to you to pay the additional cost for this. If you require REGISTERED POST, which also includes a degree of insurance, please let us know before making your payment and the fee will be charged at cost (usually $2.75). Australia Post is generally very reliable; the choice is up to you.
