Registration: Shipping is at buyer's risk. I can't be responsible for lost/damaged shipments. Registered mailing is available adding U$S 3.00 everywhere. Again, for large lots fees could be higher. If you are buying lots priced over American Dollars 24.99 and paying by Paypal is compulsory to pay registered service . DHL Courier Service is available at the cost of U$S 25.00. The service is fast and safe and in most of the cases reaches you in 48/72 hours worldwide. 4. Refunds policy: All items offered as genuine unless described, "As is". Lots with description mistakes can also be returned. No lots can be returned because of faults that are mentioned or visible from the scan. Lots that contain many items (e.g. collections, accumulations, lots of 10 or more covers /postcards an so on) are not returnable. Refund is only in the amount of final bid no shipping fees will be included.
